This vintage Gibson J-50 ADJ acoustic hails from 1965 - '67 and is not a common model. The striking mustache style bridge is more reminiscent of the J55, and the metal tune-o-matic bridge here is original. The finish on this beauty is bright and clean, with normal Gibson weather checking. The top finish has one obvious abrasion on the bass lower bout (see photos). The Rosewood fingerboard is rutted, but the frets show only minimal wear and the neck is nice and straight with a 1 5/8" nut width. The neck angle is very good, too. This is a nice example of a late-'60s Gibson. Includes original chipboard case. Serial# 329357.
