This used Gibson 1953 L-7C is an an iconic jazz box that turns out to be extremely versatile. This 17" Archtop features parrallel bracing for that signature Gibson archtop sound, with a quick decay that let's each note ring out nicely. Here in Good condition this guitar has been played, and for good reason as it sounds great, but it did result in plenty of nicks, dings, checking and scratches throughout. There is a repaired 1" F-hole crack on the bass side along with a couple finish checks near the heel and butt along the back center seam. A great sounding guitar with plenty of wear that is priced accordingly. Includes a replacement period correct tailpiece, replacement tuners and the original hardshell case.
