This early '60s Gibson ES-345 is one of those rare birds in the world of vintage Gibson guitars, with a striking, early Watermelon Cherry finish that was only available for a breath moment in the history of es-style guitars.

With a serial number placing it at the very beginning of '61, with a feature set and finish that puts it squarely in late '60, we'll let you decide on the year. Sporting the varitone switch and the original pair of PAF pickups, that run independently to the stereo output jack allowing for an incredible dual-amp stereo rig, or run both outputs into the two inputs of your amp, for a more traditional ES setup. Here with a original long-style pickguard and factory-installed stop tailpiece, this an incredible example of an historic Gibson model.

At one point the tuners were replaced, however we've sourced era- and model-correct original gold Kluson single-line, single barrel tuners with the original buttons still intact - bringing this stunning semi-hollow back to the original appointments and features. Freshly dressed, low, original frets with some remaining wear after the dress. Includes the original Gibson hardshell case.

Payment via Wire Transfer preferred.
