This used, 2013 Gibson Hummingbird Pro with Cutaway is a modernized version of the classic square-shouldered cannon from the '60s. It's a big sounding dread with a Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides, giving it a remarkably balanced sound that's full of clean, clear highs and dense lows with outstanding midrange clarity. Especially popular among singer-songwriters, it has a massive, voluminous voice and is suitable for so many styles of music - Keith Richards even used it on 'Angie'. The one-piece Mahogany neck is made with Gibson's Round '60s Thin Line profile making it a really comfortable player, and the 1 11/16" nut width provides a lot hand room for quick chord changes. It also has Fishman's Prefix Plus-T pickup system, so you can easily plug in and play and sound just as great as when you're unplugged.
It's also stacked with plenty of rockin' appointments, like back and top binding, an elegant double ring rosette, mother-of-pearl parallelogram inlays on its Indian Rosewood fingerboard, and Grover Rotomatic tuners. Here in Near Mint condition, it's truly a beautiful guitar, with only one year of incredibly minimal playwear. This Gibson Hummingbird Pro with Cutaway is an amazing deal at a stellar price. Includes original the hardshell case too.
