This used Gibson Les Paul Standard is from the early '90s and it's a real beaut with a killer tone. Made from Mahogany, it's got some heft to it (9 lb., 1 oz.) but it sounds absolutely incredible and sustains forever - just like a Les Paul is supposed to. Its Heritage Cherry Sunburst really stands out, giving it that distinct Gibson vibe that's barely changed since the '50s. It has a Rosewood fingerboard with classic trapezoid inlays and a comfortable Mahogany neck. Here in Very Good condition, it does have some playwear throughout, on its body and headstock especially, but it sounds amazing and plays perfectly. At some point in its life, it sustained a crack in the headstock, but Kansas City's own Dave Seuferling expertly repaired it and it structurally sound.

The scale is 24 3/4" long, while the 1 11/16" nut width is comfortable for most players. The dual humbuckers are original and sound awesome, regardless of what you're playing - be it the heavier side of rock, metal, or punk, or the lighter side with some blues. Let's face it, though - the Les Paul was born to rock, and you can do no wrong with this this Gibson Les Paul Standard. Includes original hardshell case too.
