This slick Gretsch Jet Club G5425 guitar is a sonic beast with two Gretsch humbuckers in a resonant, chambered solid body, with classic styling and great, fast neck. Nice build here with an arched laminate Maple top on the chambered Basswood body, a classic Black finish and a Walnut stained back. The sustain is great here, but what you'll notice right off the bat is that you've got nice, clear highs along with the iconic warm tone. Great build details too like the stop tailpiece and Adjusto-matic bridge.
This is simply put, a fast guitar – great Maple neck with a Rosewood fretboard and 1.6875” nutwidth. You've got 3-way switching plus a Master Volume and Master Tone and you can't help but feel the mojo of Gretsch's rockabilly lineage when you pick up this sleeker Jet Club electric. It's already set up well but we'll of course give you a free set up to your specs from our luthiers. No case with this Gretsch Jet Club G5425 electric guitar, but add on a gig bag for just a bit more, or call us about a hard case.
