This 2010 Eagle Classic hails from Heritage Guitars, located at the original Gibson factory on 225 Parsons Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Crafted in the same time honored tradition as countless Kalamazoo-made instruments, this archtop hosts impeccable build quality, attention to detail, and a classic sound.

Featuring a carved solid Sitka spruce top and solid Flamed Maple back & sides, more complex fundamentals with immense projection are present in this build. An Ebony fingerboard and white binding, all on top of an Almond Sunburst nitro finish give this guitar an elegance to match its sophisticated tone. Two Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers provide those '50s PAF-style tones that, with the tone knob rolled back, deliver that classic jazz tone that sings beautifully.

Here in Excellent Condition, with a small dent to the top left shoulder, some playwear to the top of the guard, and some minor finish delamination around the binding/heel joint, not uncommon in nitro finishes of this age. A quintessential workhorse for Jazz players or anyone looking for that hollowbody tone that can have plenty of snap and bark when driven. Comes with the original hardshell case.
