The Jetter Gear - Altair IV Overdrive is a very versatile overdrive with a ton of possibilities. While two sets of identical controls may look deceiving, they are actually two different circuits. The right side is nice moderate to low-gain overdrive suitable for breaking up any amp slightly while keeping your pickup's tone intact. The left delivers more gain and more compression with a heavy push on the mid's. Both sides engaged sounds creamy and natural. The attention to tone is right in step with Jetter's great ear for making natural sounding, boutique OD units.
