This Kala Ukuleles - KA-SMHC Solid Mahogany - Concert Uke is built using Mahogany for the body and neck. The advantage to solid wood construction is the development of resonance and warmth over time. The KA-SMHC features a traditional aesthetic due to the continuous mahogany/brown look. The standard headstock has closed geared tuners with black buttons.
