This DS Hormigo from local Kansas luthier Leo Posch harkens back to a classic era of 12-fret Dreadnought design. Featuring a Red Spruce (Adirondack) top and gorgeous Hormigo back and sides that hails from Central and South America, this guitar has headroom for days and fantastic bass response, perfect for flatpicking or singin' and strummin'.

Unique upgrades such as the Waverly Snakewood button tuners, tortoiseshell bridge pins, and personal sound port take this classic 12-fret dread to new heights; local, small builds allow for attention to detail and innovation that's hard to find elsewhere. A used guitar, there a pair of bookmatched back fissures that has been cleated and stabilized by Posch himself. Other wear includes a minor, but stable impact crack along the curfing on the treble-side lower bout, and minor finish dents along the back. There is minor finish wear along the back binding as well.

A wondering sounding dreadnought that roars with volume and clarity, all at a great, used price. Comes with original hardshell case.
