This Fralin P90 Dogear Pickup is Lindy's own take on Gibson's classic single-coil for the bridge position. Just like Gibson's P90, these have a big mid-range when used clean, and a chainsaw grind when pushed hard. Lindy's P90s are a versatile pickup, though, having a fuller, wider range compared to many other replacement P90s. With the volume rolled down, strat-like single-coil output is easily achieved, and with the volume turned up, the pickup is a focused overdriven joy. These have a little more upper-mid boost than a traditional pickup. Lindy himself uses this for his ES125 in the bridge position.
