The Martin 0-28VS is the smallest full-sized guitar out of Nazareth, PA, but don't let its more diminutive dimensions fool you - this guitar offers incredibly warm, full-bodied sound. Made with a solid Sitka Spruce top with the traditional Standard X-scalloped bracing and solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides, it's perfect for smaller, intimate venues or to just have around the house. With impeccable balance and a really nice midrange, its tone is particularly great for bluesy fingerpicking, but it can do a whole lot more than that.

A wider bone nut (1 7/8") makes more room for your hand, while its slightly shorter scale (24 9/10") gives you quick access to its 12 exposed frets, so classical style playing isn't a stretch, especially with its Modified V-shaped neck. The appointments and attention to detail you'd expect from a Martin are all here, too - Ebony fingerboard, 16" radius, Pyramid-style Ebony bridge - and together they all make for one helluva guitar. The Martin 0-28VS is a remarkable recreation of old-time parlor guitars, as ideal for smaller shows as it is the front porch. Includes hardshell case and setup from our luthiers.
