Martin Acoustic Guitars - 000-18

SOLD. Call us for options.

The Martin 000-18, with new updates, is an absolutely phenomenal guitar with classic tone and improved playability and details. While it has a slightly shorter 24.9" scale, the 000-sized body with a 15" lower bout has a voluminous, lively sound. Incredibly lightweight, it's made with a solid Sitka Spruce top with an aging toner, and Mahogany back and sides for a truly magnificent tone that's well-rounded with clear, ringing highs and resounding lows. The 000 is especially great for fingerstyle players, but strummers will find its size and tone equally addicting - you won't want to put this one down.

It's a super comfortable player with a nice, wide 1 3/4" bone nut and 2 3/16" string spacing at the bridge. The neck is select hardwood with a Modified Low Oval profile shape with the sleek Performing Artist tape and an Ebony fingerboard. The Old Style 18 appointments throughout - rosette, back purfling, and fingerboard inlays, make it quite the vintage-inspired looker too. Other features include a Delmar tortoise style pickguard, drop-in compensated saddle, 1930s style belly bridge, and nickel open-geared tuners with butterbean knobs.

An amazing guitar, this Martin 000-18 is loaded with classic, traditional features and modern playing comfort. Includes a hardshell case and full setup to your specs from our luthiers.
