This Martin Acoustic Guitars - 000-28 brings classic appointments and bracing back to this venerable Rosewood classic, here in an gloss finish with aging toner for that slightly vintage look. Featuring a Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides this 14-Fret 000 sports a slightly shorter, 24.9" scale length to the build, which can make for an easier reach and playability due to the lower tension on the the strings and space between the frets. The shorter scale length 14-Fret 000 has a convoluted history as the 000 and OM traded places in Martin's lineup throughout the '30s, but it's wonderful that the modern 000-28 now has the comfy short-scale build covered.

Recently reimagined by the Martin crew, this 000 marries vintage-inspired appointments like faux tortoise bridge pin dots with the classic Scalloped X bracing. Includes a free setup from our luthiers and a hardshell case.
