The MXR Effect Pedals - Booster Mini adds the special sauce of the Echoplex preamp with a few choice controls. The Echoplex preamp alone has been utilized by many great players from Jimmy Page to John Walsh to brighten and tighten up the guitar's sound going into the amp. Here, MXR has +25dB boost and tone control in a light-weight and pedalboard-friendly small enclosure that sounds true to the original.
