This Pisgah Banjos - 12" Rambler Dobson is a nod to the vintage Dobson-style banjos of the past. Hand-made in Asheville, NC with native hardwoods, this 12" features a lovely Walnut neck, combined with a stainless steel rim and Dobson tone ring for punchy sound with loads of sustain and a quicker fall off. Here in a shorter 25.5" scale length which makes for a warmer, more mellow tone, which when combined with the stainless steel rim and Dobson tone ring makes for a wonderful player that can still project nicely in a jam. Includes a Pisgah branded Access Stage One gig bag.
