The Verbs from Poly Effects is an ambitious piece of kit that transports any player to some of the most coveted acoustic spaces in the world. Featuring hand-captured acoustic renderings of 56 spaces from the Pantheon in Rome, to the Australian Capricorn Caves, to classic echo plates like the EMT140, to a bathtub. Fan of your local church or tunnel? The Verbs allows for up to 8 personal IR captures for emulations of familiar spaces. 

Utilizing Poly's signature touch slider controls, these allow for up to 4096 values per slider so you can get your sound just right. Onset controls the time from which your signal triggers the reverb, either immediately or tailing just seconds behind. Mix blends your dry signal with the reverb, while Low Cut cleans up the low end in the reverb signal for clarity especially in some of those larger spaces. Smoosh spreads your signal and fills out the reverb with particle effects. The A footswitch taps to go to the next section, and can be held to swell and infinitely expand your selected reverb. The B footswitch taps for a toggle on/off and can be held to go to the next preset. Full midi control and stereo operation are available. A massive undertaking from Loki and the team at Poly Effects and it performs gracefully, offering a ton of options and, most importantly, a ton of fun. Comes with a manual with extensive detail on the spaces and usage.
