The Santono UNO Preamp delivers a saturated, harmonic rich overdriven sound in a compact package. Designed just down the road in Kansas City, this new pedal features fat, low-gain tones with amp-like overdrive and a nice clarity to the high-end. The tone knob works as a treble cut control which makes for a usable tones throughout the sweep of the pot. Already a hit with our local customers and we're excited to make it available online.

The UNO preamp is a powerful yet compact pedal that adds the right touch of rich and well-rounded harmonics to your tone going from a saturated glow to vintage crunchy scapes all while keeping the natural character of your instrument, other drive stages, and amps. Use UNO as a first stage transparent overdrive and experience how your tone comes alive with a sparkling smooth edge and enhanced dynamics. Or place it at the end of your drive stages to use it as a clean boost or to make your gain structure more cohesive. And you can always get two UNOs because 1+1 = 🔥.

The UNO uses a Unique Clipping Topology with a Tuned Compression Ratio that eases out the transition and saturation of the input signal from clean to overdriven, providing the natural sensitivity, warmth, and immediacy you feel as if you would be cranking up your favorite amp.

The tone cut knob lets you roll off some highs to tame a harsh sounding guitar. And the top switch features three saturation modes that enable you to pass through all your rich lows, clear up a muddy tone with a low cut, or engage our secret sauce setting (if we tell you, we’ll have to kill you).
