This Skreddy BC109 Fuzz pedal is an elite and monstrous pedal, delivering over the top distortion when maxed out, but with extra controls to let you dial it back should you need to. It can emulate classic fuzz tones from the '60s and early '70s, but modern improvements in the build ensure you don't get vintage issues along with your killer tone - just real versatility in a remarkably straightforward pedal. The controls are super intuitive. Volume, as you'd expect, provides the volume output—and a lot more of it than most traditional fuzzes—with unity gain at high noon and, well, something potentially decimating the higher you go. Bias is like the "mids" knob, allowing you to shift between buzzy, low-fi fuzziness to clear and dangerous distortion. Voice is an awesome addition: essentially it's an extra tone control for your control, freeing it for use with the rest of your board.
Finally, with Fuzz control, you can set the amount of gain, and, for something like this, at maximum (or just shy) works best. There's also an HB/SC switch that essentially maximizes the circuit's performance between humbuckers or single-coils—just another layer of versatility you can't get just anywhere. It's a great overall fuzz pedal capable of echoing early David Gilmour or raw, gritty Hendrix tone.
