The Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar Bass combines classic Fender looks with the versatility needed by modern players, at a nice price. Featuring a black Agathis body with a tortoiseshell pickguard, Maple C-shaped neck, and Rosewood fingerboard, it is a great-sounding, great-playing bass. It also weighs less than a lot of guitars (7 lb., 6 oz.) which makes it all the more comfortable.
It's loaded with Duncan Designed pickups, a split single-coil Precision Bass in the middle and a hot Jazz Bass single-coil in the bridge, accentuating this bass' sonic capabilities and incredible balance. The neck and fretboard have 20 Medium Jumbo frets, a 1 1/2" synthetic bone nut, and 9 1/2" radius for a super smooth feel. This Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar Bass is a workhorse instrument that's perfect for all styles of music. Case not included, but a Mass Street Music gigbag is available.
