This Squier Vintage Modified Surf Strat is the epitome of cool. It's loaded with 3 lipstick style pickups—Duncan Designed LS-102 single-coils, and sounds amazing. With the vintage-style synchronized trem you're more than ready to play surf music, but this handles rock and other styles equally well. This is supremely playable with a great Maple neck—the frets are finished well, the 9.5" radius and 1.625" nut width all make this a joy to play. The Basswood body has a slick Sonic Blue gloss finish with a white pearloid pickguard. It's really well-made, and the price? You can't beat that with a stick. This one is a great deal.
