This used St. Blues Mississippi Bluesmaster is a lot of guitar at a price that won't have you feeling the blues. It's an earlier, MIK model, built before production of the St. Blues line was moved back exclusively to Memphis. It sports all American-made components, including a pair of St. Blues P90 pickups that are full of classic tone—the simple three-way switching, tone, and volume controls make it easy to conjure everything from Tele twang to Les Paul-ish chunk. The bolt-on Mahogany "C" shape neck is super-comfortable, as is the 24.75" scale length. And since it weighs in at a mere 6 pounds, 2 ounces, it's extra easy on the back, too.
The single-cut, double-bound Mahogany body and striking natural quilted Maple top look similar to the Gibson Nighthawk, although the back base is slightly flattened which helps it lean up against an amp a little easier. This St. Blues Mississippi Bluesmaster is a workhorse of a guitar for a working-class price. In Excellent condition with the original gig bag included. USED
