Taylor Acoustic Guitars - 812ce
SOLD. Call us for options.
The Taylor 812ce Acoustic is a part of the rebirth of the 800 Series, a reformulation of the California-based brand's flagship line, and is loaded with tone-improving refinements across the board. The Grand Concert-style body features enhanced midrange warmth, with additional boldness in the highs and even more volume, thanks to the improved Advanced Performance bracing with relief rout. And the Sitka Spruce top and Indian Rosewood pairing is as remarkable as ever - an absolutely gorgeous-sounding combination. The Tropical Mahogany neck and 1 3/4" Tusq nut are comfortable for hands of all sizes, and feels great whether you're playing seriously or just noodling around.
All of the improvements made to the 800 Series will be heard just as they're intended regardless of if you're unplugged or plugged in thanks to Taylor's Expression System 2. The Venetian cutaway allows for easy access to the higher frets, and the slightly shorter 24 7/8" scale makes it feel effortless to play.
Appointments include an Abalone rosette outlined with Rosewood, .08" Maple binding, Taylor's Element inlays and Abalone dots on its Ebony bridge. And just check out the Rosewood pickguard on this - very cool. The Taylor 812ce is a workhorse of an acoustic guitar, just as great onstage and the studio as it is in the living room, and is the perfect size for all players and all styles. Includes original hardshell case and a full setup from our luthiers.
