The used 2001 Taylor 655ce delivers that big, bold jumbo Taylor sound with some lovely appointments, and was part of a sequential serial number set of maple jumbos. We have the matching 6-string listed on the website as well (2001 615ce).

Featuring a Sitka spruce top, paired with a really striking set of maple for the back and sides, this large-body design has long been favored by singer-songwriters for vocal accompaniment. The Jumbo size also allows the 12-string to ring out and cut through a mix, without having to really lay into the guitar.

Here with minor playwear, and moderate fretware, there is small finish chip on the back of the headstock (see photos). The guitar has an upgraded Fishman GLM-200 Mini-Microphone/Matrix stereo jack pickup setup, this Taylor is totally gig-ready. The microphone option is currently non-functional, the Matrix pickup however works great. The microphone may work with the original preamp, but that is not included with the sale. Includes the original Taylor hardshell case.
