This Taylor Guitars - 512ce V-Class brings a new tonewood, Urban Ironbark, to this classic member of the Taylor lineup. Sourced in Southern California as part of Taylor's urban wood initiative, Urban Ironbark has similar hardness characteristics to Ebony, with a tone more akin to rosewood. When paired with the torrefied spruce top the Urban Ironbark brings a full, sonically complex tone really takes advantage of the V-Class bracing. A new tonewood for a classic model, we're excited to add this new tone profile to our Taylor lineup. This 12-Fret model is super comfortable and places the right hand in the sweet spot over the sound hole.

Equipped with the Expression System 2 electronics, this Taylor 512ce V-Class comes with a hardshell case and a free setup from our luthiers.
