The Tungsten Amps - Mosaic Mk II 10" - Black Tolex is an excellent compromise between the usual 8" & 12" combos. This 10" Alnico Weber build is lightweight and portable with a stronger low-end than the 8" version, delivering a bit more "umph" behind your tone. Based on the classic 5F1 design, with a few modern refinements, this amps is is cathode biased, swapping power tubes to either 6V6s or 6L6s is just a matter of plugging them in. No re-biasing is necessary with this combo. Likewise, the preamp section will accept 12AX7, 12AU7, 12AY7, 12AT7 and 5751 tubes which allows a variety of tonal options with a simple tube change. Volume, Tone controls and Hi or Low inputs - simple, classic and quite a rocker no matter what volume you're playing at. A great boutique tube amp at a great price.
